Then you just unplug the fan motor and slide the housing out towards you. From there you will need a Philips screwdriver and you can unscrew the motor housing to access the motor. In many cases, the fan blade is hard to get off and may snap into two pieces or more. Therefore we’ve provided you with a new blade so that you don’t have to worry about that issue. Remove the fan blade and the motor (be careful as it can be hot to touch) and then install the new motor and blade the same way. Plug back in and test unit before putting back of panel back on.
